In 2022, Jersey Thunder became an affiliate program for the Rebels National Team. Top players from Jersey Thunder are eligible to play with Rebels National, a Long Island-based program, and will play alongside athletes from different geographic locations.

The tournaments that Rebels National attends do not interfere with the Jersey Thunder tournament schedule so this is truly incremental lacrosse. Rebels National has attended top events including The Circuit, US Club World Nationals (FL), Inside Lacrosse Invitational (DE), Pinnacle Lacrosse Classic (FL), Sand Storm (CA), Lake Placid Invitational (NY), etc.
